We have instituted a new phone policy: Between the hours of 8pm and 9:30pm we will not answer the phone. Period. You will get a call back, WHEN we call you back, and the only guarantee of a call back is to leave police or fire sirens on our answering machine.
Also, as an addendum to this new rule, IF your call was answered prior to 8pm, beginning at 7:59pm, all responses will be limited to "I have to go now."
If you have problems with this policy, please feel free to call and speak to the complaints department between the hours of 8pm and 9:30pm.
